Refunds + Returns
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. We are not able to offer returns or refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered products. Please note the following information:
Front of material will be free of material defect; back side of wood products may have some splintering from tooling. Some light sanding may be needed prior to finishing the unfinished wood.
Please note water spots and natural patina blemishes may vary. These are not defects and are part of the beauty of raw metal, hence, no two pieces are exactly alike. Metal products will continue to rust and patina over time.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within three business days and we will gladly replace the item/s cost at our discretion. Please send a photo of your damaged product and the packaging the item was shipped in to email@example.com.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of order to receive a full refund. Depending on where your order is in our production schedule there may be a cancellation fee. RUSH items and orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
