Returns, Refunds, Replacements
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. We are not able to offer returns or refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered products. Please note: Front of material will be free of material defect; back side may have some splintering from tooling. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within three business days and we will gladly replace or refund the item/s cost at our discretion.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on where your order is in our production schedule there may be a cancellation fee. RUSH items and orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
